Our 2nd Anniversary and Syasya's 1st Belated B'day Bash!

Alhamdulillah today is my 2nd Anniversary...yesterday after 12am hubby asked me out for a cup of coffee at Old Town Cafe White Coffee at Cyberjaya...uiks? asked him several time, "betul ke nak pi minum ni?, bsk pagi saya keje"...then off we go, have some ice blended coffee and toast bread...we enjoyed the session, chat about our relationship and mostly about Syasya...then this morning before we go to work he said that he want to take some pics with me & syasya. This is d outcome:-Thanks Papa! Love it...

Last year, we celebrated our 1st anniversary during my confinement days, bought a cake n celebrated with my family at Ipoh n with our darling princess, Syasya Arina. At that point of time she's just a tiny baby with a red face, many thought she's doesn't have a fair complexion.

http://happy2getha.blogspot.com/2006_05_01_archive.html But now on our 2nd Anniversary, she's already 1 year and 4 days, she has grown beautifully indeed... from an ugly duckling to a swan...sorry terperasan, but that is what i felt...her skin is quite fair and she's chubby and healthy...Thank you ALLAH s.w.t...semoga Syasya Arina bukan setakat memiliki paras rupa yang baik, tapi mempunyai budi pekerti yang mulia dan menjadi anak yang solehah dan bakal berbakti buat orang tua nya...insyallah!

Last week we succeeded in organizing her 1st belated b'day bash, actually on the exact date, I was busy with my exam and I promised myself to make it up for her, even though on the day itself we bought her a cake and candle...I thought of something extraordinary...it need not to be grand, but I want it to be special in its own way...discussed with hubby and he's the one who make it happened. We organized a birthday bash at Taman Tasik Cyberjaya, nearby a lake and next to a huge playground...Why? coz we want the kids to enjoy the event. Plus we don't have to pay for the venue heheheh, its FOC...hubby & me found that the lake is very tranquilizing and beautiful, we went to the lake almost every weekend before the event, surveyed and checked with the security guards...they said it's okey coz it's open to public...but we need to inform them coz we need to enter the park to bring all the foods, chairs, tables and most importantly the 'Birthday Girl'. Luckily they're very helpful indeed.

I invited only families n close friends...I would love to invite everybody but we're scared that we can't manage the big crowd and quite a limited budget. However families, friends contributed a lot for the party, My Dad sponsored the B'day Cake, actually my Bro works at Secret Recipe and we got 20% discount, Ila sponsored half of the cupcakes, a FP friend-Rose sponsored yogurt, my auntie prepared roti jala and lots more...I ordered some cream puff and curry puff...Hubby's friends, volunteered to be photographer of the day, Moon, Sutan, Israf, Faiz and friends...Israf, Anne & Jojet borrowed us their plastic chairs. In short, families and friends does help a lot in making the event a success. Rezeki Syasya! It's not a grand one but indeed a happy one...sometimes we need to be a lil' bit creative, that's all. We distributed goodie bags to the kids, pink ones for girls with a hairband and blue ones with a sunglass and filled in with candies and such...I want to make the kids happy and enjoy the party...I often went to b'day parties and this time I think its our time to share this happy moment together...

The birthday girl was in a very good mood...she enjoyed the day, and didn't mind wearing the crown and the dress. Actually I brought a tshirt and jeans for her and think of changing her dress after the cake cutting session but looking at her I know that she's comfortable with the dress, somemore it has a cotton lining in it...good girl! I hope that when she grow up, she will read up my blog and smile..."Syasya, Mama & Papa can't promise that next year celebration is better but we will try our best to make you happy... insyallah".

Back to our Anniversary, Hubby said he will treat me for dinnder tonite, when I asked him the place, he said, "Mamak lah"....I don't mind coz the moment with him is more precious than anything else and may be tomorrow we'll go out and watch 'Pirate of Carribbean'..."pssst Syasya, kasi can ek kat Mama & Papa key?" I brought her to OU y'day n spent whole day with Aisy, Kasih, Damia & Nina, had lunch at Chillis, then A & W and on last Saturday I brought Syasya to 'Little Buds' at Alamanda to make it up to her...aci ke gitu?

Thank you GOD for granting me a Lovable Hubby & a Lovely Daughter...I'm thankful for this gift...Alhamdulillah...
